How It Works
1. Review Our Policies
Before scheduling, please take a moment to read our salon policies to make sure they align with your expectations. Booking an appointment indicates that you have read and agree to all policies, fees, and procedures.
2. Schedule Your Appointment
Book your appointment online and select the service you’d like to receive. Please upload all required photos when booking so we can properly prepare for your appointment. Since consultations are not required, clear and current photos are important.
3. Choose Your Meeting Location
Beauty Buses is based in Norfolk, Virginia.
Your appointment price does not include travel.
You have two options:
• Meet at a designated central location (when available) at no additional charge.
• Have the salon come to you for a travel fee of $4.00 per mile.
If your location requires crossing toll roads, the client is responsible for toll charges. Current toll fees are $25 each way ($50 round trip) and will be added to your appointment total.

Norfolk State University (NSU) Students
Students paying with a Spartan Card must:
• Use the code SPARTANCARD when scheduling.
• Ensure funds have already been deposited to your Spartan Card account before booking.
• Include your NSU Student ID number in the appointment notes.
• Have a valid Spartan Card available at the time of service.
Appointments scheduled without the required information may be delayed, canceled, or changed to another payment method until verification is completed.
