1. Read the Policy First

Before scheduling, please read our policies carefully to make sure Beauty Buses is the right salon experience for you. Our salon is mobile, private, and designed around convenience, so it’s important to understand how appointments, travel, cancellations, and other policies work. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to our policies.

2. Choose Your Style & Provide Your Details

Choose the style you’d like to book and complete your appointment information. If you don’t see the style you’re looking for, send us a message through the chat and be sure to include your email address so we can respond to you. When scheduling, please upload clear pictures of your current hair and let us know about any scalp or hair concerns, including but not limited to thinning or balding. There is a form during booking where you can provide this information. Please also include your complete address and know before booking whether you want the bus to travel all the way to you or if you prefer a meetup location.

3. Choose Your Travel Option & Enjoy Your Experience

The Beauty Buses starting point is Central Norfolk. Services $200+ include up to 10 miles of travel from our starting point. If you are outside the included 10 miles, you can pay the additional travel fee or meet us at the 10-mile mark. We also have designated meetup options for appointments under $200 if you prefer not to pay a travel fee. Before your appointment, your stylist will contact you to confirm your location and make sure we have a suitable meetup spot when applicable. Then all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your Beauty Buses experience!
