Hair Preparation:

If your appointment is not for locs, a blowout, or color services, please arrive with your hair washed and clean. It does not need to be dry unless otherwise instructed.

For any styles that require hair extensions, you are responsible for providing your own hair unless we have discussed alternatives prior to your appointment. Hair can be purchased from me, or I can purchase it on your behalf from a store, and you would reimburse me. This must be arranged immediately after scheduling your appointment.

Guest Policy:

Due to the size of the hotel rooms and potential extra charges, no additional guests are allowed at your appointment. This ensures your appointment is uninterrupted and comfortable.

Home Visits:

If you prefer services at your home instead of the hotel, there is a $50 travel fee. Please make sure your space is prepared and everything is secure so the appointment can proceed smoothly and without interruptions.

Missed appointments must still be paid for in full with an additional no show fee if the appointment was not cancelled.
