⏰ Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
• 10 minutes late: $40 late fee added to your service
• 20 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled
• 100% of the scheduled service will still be charged
• A new deposit is required to rebook
• Same day cancelled appointments must be paid for in full
• Along with paying for the missed appointment, you will have a no show fee if it is not cancelled.

🕖 After-Hours & Early Morning Appointments
Appointments scheduled outside standard hours include additional fees:
After 7:00 PM
• Starting at $40
• +$10 per additional hour
• Applies up to 3:00 AM
Early Morning
• 7:00 AM – $40
• 6:00 AM – $50
• 5:00 AM – $60
• 4:00 AM – $70
This does NOT apply to clients in Japan.

👥 No Extra Guests
Please do not bring guests to your appointment, including children.
Children are only permitted if they are receiving a service.

No FaceTime or video calls while in the chair. This is your time to relax.
If phone use becomes disruptive, you may be asked to leave, and full payment will still be due.

This is a 420-friendly salon.
🐶 Dog Allergy Notice
If you have severe dog allergies, this may not be the salon for you.
You will never see my dog during your appointment; however, my dog is occasionally in the back.
🚐 Mobile Appointments (If Applicable)
For home appointments, please ensure there is sufficient space for a 40-foot bus to safely enter, park, and exit.

🚗 Travel Fees
Travel is included up to 10 miles for appointments over $200
(excluding specials)
Beyond 10 miles: $3.50 per mile

All transactions made using Spartan Bucks are subject to an 8% Spartan Card transaction fee.
